Self confidence is key.  I’ve gone through my fair share of break ups and know that self confidence is not the easiest thing to have when you are emotionally stressed, but if you have self confidence you will find that you are not just more attractive to your lover, but also more attractive to just about everyone else as well.

Think about it this way… Have you ever known someone who is whiny and needy?  I sure have.  We’ll call him "Desperate Sam".  When Desperate Sam and I broke up he called me three or four times a day for a week playing a sad, sappy love song on the phone.  Do you think I got back together with Desperate Sam? No, I ran as fast as I could in the other direction!

This other guy I dated on and off for years, "Confident Eric".  Confident Eric would move on with his life every time we broke up.  He was confident in himself and incrediably attractive because of it.  Confident Eric was no Brad Pitt in the looks department, but he always had plenty of girls.  I think Eric and I got back together at least twice, even after I broke up with him.  He was just really attractive.
